The talk
In my talk, "Lessons in Leadership from Managing an International Choir," I share the unique challenges and insights gained from leading a truly diverse and award-winning refugee choir. I cover the dynamics of top-down versus bottom-up management and how running a choir mirrors running a business. I also demonstrate the importance of cause-led and values-based leadership.
In this talk, you will learn strategies for dealing with performance anxiety and pressure and also practical hands-on advice on navigating crises with resilience and grace.
